coaching Self Discovery session

I offer one free introductory session for all who would like a taste of this work.
It actually takes only a moment yet we have 30 minutes to explore if this is the kind of coaching for you. Do you seek help for health/wellbeing, personal or career goals, relationships or love life?
It is proven that 92% of ones success depends on what is termed the "inner game". Your thoughts, ideas and most importantly the beliefs you hold about who you are. All the consequent behaviours and actions result from the way you see yourself.
In this session I assist you to get crystal clear to see how your underlying beliefs may be keeping you from experiencing what you are seeking. This can to begin breaking any old limiting patterns of self doubt and assist you to go beyond any fears be they conscious or unconscious and show you how to dissolve conditioned responses, beliefs or self criticisms.
With the focus off what's wrong you will feel clarity and renewed energy and inspiration once again.

Life Mastery - is for people who are ready to enjoy freedom from old patterns and stuck ways of seeing. This is a great way to once again begin naturally flowing with life.

This is for you if you are committed to anchor in this new way of being with yourself and in the world.
You are ready to receive more life, love and self knowing and to perceive life wholistically from the inside out.

You are ready to go beyond identifying with a limited view of who you "think" you are and to embrace a life of unlimited possibilities to let life be lived through you.
This package is for 2 x 45 minute sessions per month.
Sessions are by phone or skype in Australia or via Skype outside of Australia.
